first visit - seated with a "wonderful" view of the women's toilet and sink (not washroom, actual toilet and sink!) freezing with a draft from the front doors - never took our coats off to eat dinner! kids milkshake overpriced for size, oriental stirfry was swimming in sauce - nothing healthy about it other then the soggy veggies; dessert menu was covered in dessert. Total disappointment - will not dine there again!!!!

We were excited to try the new Chaps on Fairview. The seafood mushroom caps, wings, ribs and veggies were good, but the mashed taters were not and the smoothie was not smooth at all, but icy. The service was okay, but the waiter seemed like he was always in a rush. They need more servers. The restaurant was kind of loud with people talking and no dining music to drown out the conversations... it seemed more like a large convention room rather than a dining atmosphere. Every now and again there would be a loud cheer from the bar area that should really be separated off from the dining area more. I guess they are not quite finished renovations, but hopefully when they are, it will be more enjoyable.

THIS IS THE BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!! I have been going here since i was like 5!! It is truly amazing!! Although im a little puzzled as to why the cheese balls got switched to cheese triangles, but they taste the same, so i guess thats all that really matters. I RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Are You Serious!! The Wings are amazing and if you didnt get them, you dont know what's good for ya! Look out if you ask for extra sauce though, cause you'll need like 400 napkins! Very Good, friendly Service, I dont know what restaurant Melissa was at. Take everyone ya know, I mean it.
