Our lunch visit was not relaxing or enjoyable. We sat in 3 different places before we were comfortable with the temp of the room and the steadiness of the table. Our waitress didn't come to our table for a long time; perhaps 10 minutes. She incorrectly ordered our meal, one of us waited until the end of the meal for the corrected food to come. Other meals came cold with the chicken so overcooked it was impossible to eat, but by then we knew we were already on a roll with bad luck. No adjustment was made on our bill. With so many other places in Burlington to dine, this will be at the bottom of the list for us.

Sat in one of the small diningrooms, a bit of a tight squeeze, thank goodness our waitress was tiny. Overall a pleasant experience, very prompt and polite. Noticed our waitress was busy serving her tables as well as clearing and cleaning the tables while the three girls at the hostess stand stood around. When she asked for help they did not respond, not good to do on a busy Friday night.
Well the waitress got my beer right anyway ! 45 minutes for my food.Seems the staff are more interested in flirting with each other then tending to their job ! I'd hate to see what goes on when their not busy

Worst service I have ever had at ANY restaurant. Took 20 minutes from when we sat down to when we were seen the first time by the waitress. And only after another waitress noticed and offered us a drink. Our waitress promptly scolded her for attending to us. 3 large appetizers arrived WITH the main coarse, forcing us to choose which dish would get cold first. We choose to eat the main course and leave the apps. The steak was over done, and the rest of the food was marginally good. The waitress never came back during the meal to top up our drinks. Another thing is we saw the same waitress serving another table, holding a "doggie bag" tray OPEN under her arm, while she put the customer's left overs into another tray. She then returned the unused "under arm tray" to the pile of other trays. I pitty the unsuspecting customer who will receive the sweaty armpit left over tray. All in all.. Horrible. No tip was left at all.
A family favourite for years (when Chaps was still in Hamilton)! Now, even though we are all grown up and live in other cities, we still come home and drive to Burlington for a platter of wings. I cannot really comment on the other food but the wings are the best we've had.
But you have to be a fan of the dusted AND sauce wings...
