When we lost water pressure, we checked several things before asking E R Steeves for a cost estimate to replace our pump. based on limited information, we were given a rough estimate, followed by some great advice and troubleshooting, through which, the issue was traced to a faulty pressure switch. rather than a bill for over $1000, we had our water pressure back for under $50. Nice to have knowledgeable and honest professionals in our community.

I found a leaking pipe in my home and called Bob's Plumbing & Heating to see if they could help. They showed up within an hour and were very friendly, courteous, and informative.
They were able to quickly identify the failing component and repair it immediately. They showed me the fault that was responsible for the leak, explained the cause of it, and answered all of my questions.
