I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

Star Moon Roofing were friendly, informative & professional. Joyce (Manager) and Nick (Team lead) was so helpful. They responded right away. The company did excellent work, what was needed. They were so quick and helped me out immediately. Nick and his team (three small men with three big hearts) arrived at time and date agreed to. They worked quickly, harder and cleaned up all debris. No payment was collected until the work was completed satisfactorily. I would recommend them highly.

my roof was in bad shape with multiple patches being done to builder shingles by previous owners. I had to get the roof patched the same year I moved in but started hunting for a company that was fairly priced and that had good reviews on here based on previous customer experiences.
The written quote process was effortless and lots of great material was provided for light reading on the process that they follow to get the work done. and give us good work and replace all flashing too。thx help

My wife and I bought our first house back in December this year. At that time, our home inspector told us we probably should re-do the roof this year. Like any new homeowner, budgets in the first year are tight and we were really unsure what to do. After some astronomical quotes we really wondered if we could postpone things, even just one more year. It was at this point, we started working with Jason. He thoroughly inspected our roof and provided us with a very reasonable quote. He laid out all our options and painstakingly walked us through every single step in doing our roof. No matter how many calls I made asking questions, he was always willing to offer me his honest opinion and lay out options. They did an amazing job, and were in and out in one day. You can see the quality and pride in workmanship in the result! They also did a great job cleaning up the entire site afterwards (I joked with my wife our driveway and patio hadn't been that clean since we moved in). It was great to work with a family business that puts their name and personal reputation behind every job they do. The other thing that impressed me was how Jason, his foreman and his workers all repeatedly thanked me for my business (it's that little extra professionalism that really impresses).

Nick did a shingle-over job for me. He notified me before he was about to show up for a scheduled appointment, was on time, addressed my concerns & did everything he said he was going to do. The job was professionally done with all the necessary attention to detail. The site was kept clean and social distancing was respected throughout the job.
