I’ve brought my cat in twice for emergencies, and both times the staff have been perfectly organized and very polite. It can definitely be expensive, but it’s an emergency hospital and for animals at that so I feel like the prices are about correct. They really saved me on a Sunday when my kitty needed emergency veterinary care. I would recommend this place for anyone who has a pet emergency

Our poor little puppy (ok, she's 7) was in dire straits earlier this week. With the amazing care she received from here, she was able to return home to us within a few days. Thank you to Dr Reed, and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of our "Little Miss". We will always be thankful for the love and care you showed to Teter.��������

I was very impressed with Gateway Companion Animal Clinic. They gave me an appointment quickly for my sick dog, even though I'd never been there before.
They are kind, sensitive and caring for sick pets (and for their distressed owners). When they thought my dog needed different care, they didn't hesitate to refer the case to a Veterinarian with more sophisticated equipment.
I believe my favorite pooch is alive today because of their swift and competent treatment.

I drove 3 hours to bring my dog for surgery due to a recommendation. I was definitely not disappointed! Dr.Toms initial consultation was excellent and he made sure the surgery getting performed was needed and also the correct surgery. I was kept informed throughout the day and when I picked him up Dr.Tom made sure that I had everything I needed and explained what he had done and what to do and watch for in the future. And at the end of it all the bill was $1200.00 less than expected! Great vet!
