Fresh and delicious food. Friendly and speedy service. NO MSG or peanuts used. Washrooms are clean. Excellent Chinese restaurant overall. Highly recommend the Noodle Malayan, the Wonton soup and the Chicken Balls (crispy and only chicken breast used).

I love Kam Yin. Very cheap and delicious. My boyfriend and I visit often, and always order the same thing, sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken fried rice, and pork fried rice. There is always more than enough food, and tastes delicious. By far my favourite chinese food place. You can even call in your order, and it will be ready by the time you get there. I would highly reccomend this to any of my friends.

This is not a place to dine - but is great for...

This is not a place to dine - but is great for take out. Excellent food and value for what you pay for. However, not a place for a sit down dinner - as you can also tell from the reviews. Order take out instead, and then don't worry about the brutal service - although I agree people should not be treated they way they do, but the food is good - so that's why I keep going back.

Good take out

My wife and I have ordered take out from this restaurant many times over the years. We find the food good and well priced. This is our most frequent take out restaurant and we are happy with the service and value. We especially love the Wonton soup.
