    This is a great c...

    This is a great clinic. I saw the sports doctor Dr Kim at Rebalance and had a great experience. Her assessment was very detailed and it was clear that she was knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and actually seemed to care about my injury. She took the time to explain my injury to me and outlined all my options for treatment. I have been to a few other doctors in the past and they didn't seem to care and just rushed me in and out. I felt so much better after seeing Dr Kim and will be continuing my rehab with the physios at Rebalance.

    Thank you to my p...

    Thank you to my physiotherapist at Rebalance Sports Medicine. She helped me get more movement in my neck and taught me stretches that I can do while at work. I even did some acupuncture treatments, which I was skeptical about but I really found to be helpful. Since coming to this physiotherapy clinic, I have not experienced any neck pain or stiffness in the mornings. This was something I suffered from for the last 10 years of my life. I wish that I didn't wait so long to seek help but I'm glad that I finally decided to come to Rebalance. I highly recommend this clinic. The receptionists are very helpful and my physiotherapist was very knowledgeable.

    Today I experienc...

    Today I experienced poor customer service from Rebalance. With extreme back pain I went to my family doctor, the famiky doctor then referred me to Rebalance and got mr in on a cancelation. My famuly practitioner confirmed that I didnt have my health card on me and they agreed i could call in my card number when i got home. (as I wasnt planning on going to a specialist same day). After walking 3 long blocks in extreme pain, I arrive at Rebalance to be told that I needed to make a $75 deposit or I would not be seen. The receptionist rudely handed me a paper and told me to call this number. Needless to say...i ended up leaving without being seen walking back the 3 or 4 blocks in antagonizing pain. Had this receptionist been a little nicer maybe the outcome would have been different but with my pain theshold through the roof and dealing with this difficult receptionist, my patirnce was definitely tested as I walked out quite angrily. Treating patients with kindness and compassion is important, especially when you can clearly see they are in physical pain. Im very disappointed with the poor customer service I received. And i most certainly will never return to this office.

    Erin, I am really sorry to hear about your experience at our facility. As you can tell by our other reviews, we take great pride in the quality of care and customer service that we offer at our clinic. To your dismay, it is our clinic policy to request an OHIP card before you see the sports medicine physician which is similar to all doctor’s offices in Ontario. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with your family practitioner because this is a strict clinic policy. Without a health card, we have no way of ensuring that you are in fact covered by Ontario Health Insurance Plan and that our physician will be compensated for the visit. Because you were in a great deal of pain, our receptionists offered to let the doctor see you if you paid a deposit that would only be used if you did not call us back with your health card number. This is our way of helping our clients out especially in special circumstances as yours. Once again, I am sorry that we were unable to accommodate you but we have to ensure that the physician is compensated for her time and expertise. I am also sorry that you felt the receptionist was being rude to you. This is not acceptable and completely goes against our approach to customer service. We strive to be very kind and compassionate with our clients. I will be sure to address this issue with all the receptionists to prevent any similar occurrence in the future. I hope I can change your mind about coming back to our facility. If you still require an appointment, please contact us directly (and ask to speak with the owner) so that I can personally help you book an appointment and get the care you require. We sincerely hope you give us the chance to turn your negative experience into a positive one.

    This is an amazin...

    This is an amazing physiotherapy clinic. I visited the clinic for pain in my foot and their physiotherapist Laurie did an amazing job providing treatment and prescribing exercises and stretches to do on my own. I required orthotics for my condition and it was such an easy process. Laurie did all the measurements and I received my orthotics within 2 weeks. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful by providing me with all the paperwork for my insurance so that my claim went through without any issues. I've been to other clinics and this is definitely the best clinic I've been to.

    Thanks to the tea...

    Thanks to the team at Rebalance for helping my with my low back pain. I had low back pain for many years and I just assumed I had to live with it. I cant believe that I am finally painfree! I had physiotherapy and massage therapy in addition to acupuncture treatments from the physiotherapist. I also learned some stretches that I do everyday now. Everyone was so nice and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.
