Duckworths Fish est un restaurant accueillant. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert tard du lundi au vendredi et en journée pendant les fins de semaine. Vous pouvez vous y rendre facilement par transport en commun ou vélo.
The chips were quite good. Unfortunately, i forgot to salt them. Yeah, that's an issue. You have to salt chips within a few minutes of getting them out of the fryer to do a proper job, and these guys don't automatically salt the chips.

The batter was light, the fish was good.
Here's the thing: I was doing take out and chatted up the cook a bit - about the history of the place, the fish, etc. I asked him about the Orange Roughy that was on the menu. He must have liked the cut of my jib or my Nova Scotian accent because he fried me up a piece at no charge and tossed it in.
Friendly and tasty. One of the best fish and chip shops in the city.

Try not to use the washrooms if you can wait. Or go across to the Canadian Tire.
The outside of the building looks quite nice but inside it's a real greasy spoon.
still, it's the best fish and chips place in the area so I'll probably go back.
