    On our trip acros...

    On our trip across Canada we ran into Car trouble in Sault Ste. Marie. The service department went out of their way to help us. excellent service thank you. We wish you were the Ford dealer in our hometown

    If I could give n...

    If I could give negative stars I would. We had leased a 2012 ecoboost and it has been in the shop more then we have drove it. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I now have two claims in with ford canada but still stuck with this lemon. Purchased this truck to travel for work and have missed mutual days due to repairs and no loaner cars available. I would definetly go with another ford dealership or all together not go with a ford.

    The nice thing is the customer service was excellent. You did come back after the issue was worked through and bought another vehicle. It's great to see things get worked out when they get off track. That happens once in a while, but we pride ourselves in taking everything head on to find a resolution. Please provide Highland with another review if you could. Greatly appreciated.

    Rude and obnoxiou...

    Rude and obnoxious GM. Do yourself a favor and go to Maitland up the street. Much nicer dealership and people. Service is great too!

    Considering we didn't have a GM at this dealership in 2014, we aren't sure who this review is about.
