I've been coming ...

I've been coming here for years and was really impressed with how down-to-earth the staff was and how well they were able to make what I asked for become a reality. They can do some really awesome edgy cuts and dye jobs here, so don't be scared! I've had a lot more consistency here than at other places.

overcharged for mistaken haircolors

i went into this place with my bff one afternoon because we were both getting highlights at the same time. i got really nice fine bright blond highlights that made me look and feel amazing, and the guy that did it only charged me like $120. my friend and i had asked for the same thing, but she looked more orange than blond. and her stylist "big and bubbly girl" charged her $170. i asked why hers was to much more(my friend isn't very confrontational) she said she had to charge more for "extra product" then she quickly grabbed her purse and walked out into the mall. i asked for the manager or owner but she has stepped out. that woman totally ran away from the situation, i took my friend the next day to get her hair fixed at another place., the "extra product" was probably the three toners that turned her hair orange.
