Since mid-2017 until now - 7 years of Service Excellence from Bill P. (Service Manager) has motivated me to keep having our Mazda CX5 serviced here, eventhough it has been past its warranty. And although many automotive shops have been offering their low-cost services to our family. And that's because Bill is the type of leader that foster great ties with his customers and colleagues. In fact I dare say, that many times I've felt the exact same treatment from him, as from my family members too.

Je passais en voiture et je voulais vérifier le prix. Je n'ai pris aucun rendez-vous. Domenic avait un client mais il a dit qu'il m'aiderait et malgré que je lui ai dit que je ne faisais que regarder autour de moi, il a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. Il a écouté mes besoins et je voulais un SUV blanc. Domenic merci beaucoup.

I recently purchased a used car at North Toronto Mazda from Asaf. I rarely do online reviews (negative or positive), but my experience was positive. We came in to look at a used car, and made an appointment with Asaf. Upon arriving, he checked the system to see if the car was still available. It was a Saturday afternoon, and sure enough it was sold earlier that morning. By doing this simple step of checking, he spared us wasting our time. We did look at another car, which was not to our liking.

Unprofessional and unconsiderate. Will lie just to get you on the store even if the advertised car is already sold. When there, they will try to sell you other cars. Same old sale tactics as of 1960s. Could have spent better the Saturday morning rather than wasting my time driving there for nothing

Eventhough I didn’t purchase a vehicle there I would like to say thank you to Babak (Bobby). He has made my visit pleasant and informative, he was straightforward and didn’t cut any corners when I asked about pricing. Thank you again!
