    My experience

    Have been coming to them for years after purchasing first motorcycle. Always friendly and very knowledgeable staff, very willing to offer assistance. Very experienced and skilled on all aspects of motorcycle repair and maintenance. Will definitely continue to come back to them

    No Hassle Purchase

    By far, this is the most pleasant purchase experience I have ever had! I asked Larry for his best price as I did not want to negotiate. The price was better than I expected and Larry worked real hard to get me what I wanted for my trade. On delivery, everything was as promised. Since the purchase, I have returned several times for sevice. Virgil, (the mechanic) is awesome! Quality work at fair prices and I trust him fully both on his ability to do the job and his integrity. He doesn't try to sell me work I don't need and he informs me about the important services I do need! Ryan and Aaron in the parts department are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to accomodate me and I always get the right parts and accessories on a timely basis. I feel at home when I walk in Niagara Race Crafters! I highly recommend buying and servicing your motorcycle from NRC because of their knowledgeable friendly staff and thier fair prices!

    Niagara Race Crafters

    I have delt with NRC over the past 12 years and it has been an excellent experience. I have recently purchased my 2nd new bike from Larry and there is no other dealership that we want to do buisness with. Larry & Patty, Ryan, Aren and their mechanic Viurgil make an excellent team and they all are the reason that there are so many repeat customers to their dealership. This team is definately focused on customer satifacation and I will continue to bring my buisness to them. All I have to say is look out Harley Davidson (HERE WE COME) Joseph & Bonnie Caruso St Catharines ontario

    Great service Caring staff

    I decided to get back on a bike after over 20yrs of not riding so I went and checked out NRC and I am glad I did because I am sure if it wasn't for Larry and the staff at NRC I would have never bought my bike.Larry took the time to show me everything about the bike and got me familar with riding again.He even hoped on a scooter and escorted me all the way home,there is no way you would get that kind of service any where else.If you are thinking about buying a bike check out NRC before going elswhere you won't regret it.
