#ILKBNATION <3 I have been attending class there for almost a month now, signed up on Groupon ended up purchasing a membership my first night. I absolutely love the work outs and I am really greatful the staff is so friendly and helpful on teaching proper techniques!! I recommend this gym to anyone of any skill level!it's amazing!

So glad I was int...

So glad I was introduced to ILKBVaughan. The instructors are just amazing, very supportive and keep pushing you through your challenges. They will actually come around and help with your form and make sure you get the best out of your workout. The music will keep you going as well! Members and staff alike are very friendly. With each class I am getting more comfortable with the idea of more burpees (a week ago I hated them!) and pushing myself to kick it up a notch. You will leave feeling very energetic and strong! I am definitely looking forward for the next few months. I highly recommend it.

I love this place...

I love this place! This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. The staff here are wonderful, energetic, and supportive. The community is so welcoming and supportive. An excellent place, so glad I joined!
