Hanami Izakaya

Typical thai menu, all the usual phos and pads. I tried the chicken pad thai and it was quite good. The peanut flavour comes through nicely with a slight tang of lime. It wasn't spicy enough for my palate, a problem easily remedied by a generous squirt of their chili sauce.

Excellent food, portions and price. If you could have a glass of wine with dinner it would be perfect.

The service was helpful. They recognized that we were pretty new with this type of food and answered all of our many questions. Quality and size were great! Only poor comment would be the lack of atmosphere - lights too bright, and it would have been great to try a vietnamese/thai beer with the food.

OK food- tasted more like bland but good Chinese food than Thai or Vietnamese. Having said that- most Chinese food in Guelph is atrocious so will go back. Service just Ok

Nice job. We had three servers, so I don't see what previous fuss was about, but I guess that's what floats or sinks a restaurant. Great food, friendly staff. Needs Hockley Dark like the Stone Road location.
