    I had been doing ...

    I had been doing research for a while to find the right vaporizer. Claire seemingly read my mind as she popped up on my screen offering assistance. She was great at helping me narrow down my search and answering all of my questions very quickly. Refreshingly great customer service!!!

    Never have I ever...

    Never have I ever had such amazing customer service over the internet. I knew nothing about the product and not only was the CSR Claire helpful...she pointed me in another direction with her recommendation. You can't ask for better than that! I was just saying the other day that Customer Service in general had gone south everywhere. I am now eating my words. Great service, great prices, good products...what else can you ask for? Highly recommend to anyone...especially newbies.

    BEST Customer Service EVER! I made a mistake when ordering by choosing to pick up my products instead of having them shipped to my home. When I realized I'd done that, I sent an email and got onto their "Chat" service on line. Claire was very quickly helping me and while we were still typing, I got an immediate call on my cell from Aaron in the sales dept. My gosh, between the two of them they had everything fixed within 2-3 minutes. SO IMPRESSED!!! I'll definitely be ordering again! THANKS!
