Poor customer service. We have to take token to open gate and put it back ,time consuming. I also read the reviews of food quality .Never would waste time going there.
My Experience at this Perkins was absolutely horrible.slow service they write real butterball turkey dinner which is expensive they give you a pressed low grade artificial turkey drowned in horrible gravy, mussy vegetables cold white bun with a low grade fake margarine. If that wasn't bad enough a grey hair found on my dinner plate and a dead fruit fly. When I complained the manager who was rude had a bad attitude. Nightmare dining experience run don't walk away from this over priced restaurant
The restaurant was 1/3 full for dinner. We were seated and then ignored. 30 minutes later we asked a waiter to order dei After thirty minutes we asked a waiter to order drinks. He would when he got to us. We got water finally an hour. The food arrived after another 30. Unfortunately, it wasn'tt worth the wait. I've never been to a restaurant that thought that eggs Benedict was done with fried eggs. The waiter was pissed when reminded we had ordered a lemonade. He also messed up the bills 3 times
