We at The Salvation Army provide for annually for thousands of clients. Purchased a bread slicer which was not functional for our kitchen. I called and was told to bring it back and a restocking fee would be charged. I was okay with this, however when we took it back the owner and sales rep said we do not take items back. They offered $100.00 dollars for a reconditioned bread slicer that we had paid $1356.00 for. The worst customer service I have ever received. Do not use this company!
