Venere Salon

Stylist never showed up for our scheduled appointment. I have waited for 20 min, then I had to leave. No apology for keeping me waiting or service offered. I have been a client for years, but now I am looking for another salon.

Went here for a hair cut and it came out amazing! The hairstylist gave me options to my haircut that would suit my facial structure.

Poor product

Got a color just before going south on vacation. Told them this and they recommended an expensive hair care product for $40 and another $10 sun veil. All together spent $170 and was told the color was very good and did not fade so much as their last line. 4 days into the vacation, all the color was gone from the ends of my hair and about 60% gone from the top. I called to tell them this when i got back and they still wanted to charge me full price to come in and re do it. This is the Burlington Appleby line location. You're better off burning your money and doing it yourself!
