    Well, the previous review must of been submitted by competition . 3 for 1 on Brant st in Burlington were absolutely excellent. I ordered my glasses just prior to Christmas and with all the holidays at this time they were delivered on time . Excellent selection super pricing and very friendly staff. This company will be my provider from here on in. How do you beat a full year warranty except for loss . Perfect. Thanks to the store manager that walked me through the process

    I recently needed new glasses + a prescription upgrade and I chose to visit 3 for 1 glasses because of their convenient location and I am so glad I did! Firstly, the doctor did an amazing job during my eye exam, super nice, comforting and time efficient. Secondly, I ended up getting 2 gorgeous designer glasses for an amazing price! and lastly, Suzana as well as the manager provided me with the best customer service I've ever received! Suzana is always happy to help and leave you 100% satisfied

    Don't shop here!! It's a huge waiting game...

    If you don't like your time wasted, don't even consider shopping here. My husband needed to buy glasses, so we gave this place a shot. Worst idea. When we first bought the glasses, the staff seemed very professional, and seemed to know what they were doing. We thought wrong. Three times no show for glasses, Three times the lenses came ruined and now it's been two months since the lenses were supposed to be in for us to pick up. We are still playing the waiting game.. Again, just keep looking!

    I do not know who wrote this review but, we take customer service and customer satisfaction VERY seriously. I have spoken to the Owner and we would like to rectify the situation in some way. You had mentioned that your husband came in to purchase glasses and we would like to gift a pair of sunglasses ( with prescription or not) for you or someone else of your choosing.
