I was pointed in the general direction of something that could work to fix a torn skirt. The lady who answered my question couldnt leave the door. Two employees saw me looking confused, made eye contact....and walked away. I gave up. Its very disheartening when youre not sure what youre looking for yet nobody seems interested in providing assistance.

Looking for a sewing awl for leatherwork.I also had a couple of questions. I wandered around for awhile not finding the item and there was no offer to assist. When I did approach a staff member, they didnt understand what I was looking for, did not ask any questions to clarify, showed me a tailors awl- not the same or close-before I had the chance to say anything they walked away, dissmissing me. I didnt ask about the other items I needed. Put back item I was going to buy and left. So very rude.

Best Fabricland ever!!! The staff are wonderful and have made our shopping experience the best. My daughter has just started getting into sewing and staff at this location have encouraged her every step of the way. The prices are great when you factor in the membership rate.

Besides being so rude on the telephone, the prices are outrageous, compared to smaller fabric stores. $17.49 for Embroidery needles, which I found at A Great Notion for $7.49!! The squeeze style scissors are $27.99, which I found at A Great Notion for $14.99. People need to start looking elsewhere & support your smaller shops. When I was in the store, they are just as rude. Won't go there again.
