Driver did not turn meter on which i found strange but didn't mention as I didn't notice immediately. Didn't take credit card so I had to stop at ATM very briefly. The drive from port hardy airport to my home typically takes 10 minutes or less. When asked fare, driver thought and guessed $20. The distance on maps is 5.3 km. I find this unprofessional to not use a meter and feel ripped off.

Consistent, reliable and professional service. My go-to taxi service for the north island. They are full-time in Port Hardy as well which is excellent and a much needed addition.

This taxi is one of the most reliable taxis I have every been in when they say 5 mins they are faster then that. They are very trustworthy. I will be sure to take this taxi again!
