Terrible. Gave me a random order that wasn’t mine and had nothing my family would use. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and “too busy” to help. I’ve been waiting several days to hear from someone. I’m out $270 worth of food to feed my family. Terrible company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DISCONNECTS YOU WHEN THEY GET BUSY.

I have shopped at Chilliwack Superstore for approx. 8 years and have not a a problem. Today Feb. 12/18 I was at the self checkout when an employee started "to help". I needed no help, I said I wanted to do it myself and she stated "I'm just trying to help". She took things from my bags, and I said again I want to do it myself. To make a long story short I ended up coming away without 2 items, that I had paid for. I don't know where she put them. To be honest help is one thing interference

Management is incredibly rude and pushy and the cashiers just throw bags down to bag you're own groceries. Not to mention only half the employees even know what they're doing as an obvious result of poor training. I never recommend this store to anyone.
