2nd visit. They were on time with my appointment. The service was lacking in some areas, and not very friendly at all. Cleanliness is an issue in my opinion. I will not go back and would not recommend.

Drove for 1 hour ...

Drove for 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to a 8 am appt ..just to be left standing outside while the Dr and staff stood inside having a discussion .called and was promptly put on hold . Finally after 10 minutes decided my time is valuable as well and also only had so much time booked off work , we left ( yes we as the appt was the one where they put stuff in your eyes and you can't drive ). So I also had to arrange to have a driver for the day . Called to inform the office that I had left and was told the Doctor didn't want to open the door .well I'm calling my benefit company so they are aware of the circumstances so this business does not get paid . I will not be wasting my time again with this business . I also believe the more people walk away from businesses like this then hopefully we'll get better service for our money .
