bunch of lazy bums. Horrible service even to a ups store

I don't even want to use ups service anymore. they just take your money and they don't do their job.

UPS is the worst company ever. They lie about delivery your item saying that they attempt when they didn't. Call the 1800# to have my package brought to a UPS location closer to me as I work the same hours they are opened and they wanted to charge me money to do so. This is completely garbage. Absolute incompetence, UPS is a joke. Called in multiple times, each time getting told a different story, can't find the package, can't arrange delivery. Call center must be overseas, as the people there haven't a clue about towns citys in alberta. Terrible terrible terrible. Can't state it enough, save yourself the trouble and ship you packages by pony express, or hot air balloon, or dog sled. You will have faster ship times and better customer service.
