BEWARE Chiropractors and other health professional
The owner, Arvid may be nice and attentive to deal with before the sale, but if you have questions or concerns about the product after the sale be prepared to have your messages unanswered/ignored. When I finally got a hold of him, I was met with an incredibly unprofessional screaming match and then a hang up. Problem-table too high causing problems during treatment. Arvid's solution-my problem as the table is custom made. True, but calls being avoided and then customers berated is not conducive to the $4000 spent. In other words, buy your products from a more professional company, especially one that offers follow up after the sale. Its like being taken out for dinner, you paying, and then being dumped the next morning. BEWARE and buy from the many other options.
