    Tylerand Alex came and did a great job they answered all my questions and cleaned everything up and took the old water tank with them I now have hot water again!!!

    Our Drain line ha...

    Our Drain line had backed up a few times in the past year but not as bad as this time. Our whole basement my husband just finished was flooded with sewage. Richard showed up and quickly got the line draining. He used a camera to see inside the sewage line and had noticed or old cast iron line was rotted/rusted away. Richard grinded out the line and flushed it all for us, he clearly explained our options and the reason our line has kept backing up, We are very grateful.

    Called NeedAPlumb...

    Called NeedAPlumber and Richard came to our home, our ceiling had been leaking and caused alot of window and wall damage as well. I tried for hours to locate the cause of the leak but with no success. Richard had located and fixed our leak within 25 minutes, which happened to be a partially glued drain line from a previous contractor between. He also noticed our drain line venting under our sink was not at all glued and had become seperated, he fixed that all as well at no additional charge.

    Called Need a Plu...

    Called Need a Plumber at 8:30 on Sunday night because our hot water heater stopped working. I was surprised/relieved that a plumber was actually dispatched to us that late on a weekend. Richard was fast, explained our options to us, had all the equipment, tanks, parts etc with him. I was scared we were gonna have to wait for a replacement tank to be ordered. We didn't! We had everything back up and running within an hour after he arrived. I was so pleased - this turned out to be a minor inconvenience. We had hot showers for Monday morning.

    Had a tech come o...

    Had a tech come out to my house, I could not believe how fast they had arrived after I called was within 40 minutes. My husband and I woke up to a sound of water running. My faucet connections had let go and flooded my kitchen. The tech gave me some options to fix my problem and had me up and running very quickly. Great service and a decent price.
