My husband and I ...
My husband and I received great service at Kentwood Ford this week. From the initial point of contact we were well taken care of. I initially spoke with a customer service/delivery coordinator (Dwayne H) and he partnered with sales (Asa T) to find us the perfect vehicle. When we arrived on-site there were two trucks ready and waiting that fit the bill perfectly. We literally just had to point at one and say "let's do it." Financing was a breeze (Jason B) and the truck was ready and waiting to go when we came to collect after the addition of a few accessories. We received a thorough walk-through of the vehicle and were on our way. I really recommend them. Five star service!
