Brian was a great salesman we went in and he did everything possible to get us in to our Mazda 3 that we absolutely love. Brian was friendly and one of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with. Had a very professional experience at Star Motors Collision. I brought my almost brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport here after they were one of my insurance company's prefered locations. I had only owned my car for about 3 weeks before someone backed into it, so I was really hoping they could make it look brand new. They did not disappoint and even got my car back to me 2 days earlier than they had estimated. They also drove me to my rental car place. No hesitation to recommend Star Motors .

Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.

Amazing experience!! Thank you Camco Acura for making it all possible. I was new to Canada and not aware of the end to end process. I booked an MDX on the second day i came to Canada. My sales consultant was Jake Charlebois and Financial Manager was Mehdi Rima. Both Jake and Mehdi made sure my booking to delivery was as smooth as possible.
