I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.

The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. Again, I appreciated his time and dedication. I highly recommend Jay Will Appliance to anyone needing repairs.

The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

I called Jason one daday to fix our refrigerator He came out the following day which was fine with us. Jason was very nice, polite and fixed our fridge. Pricing was more than fair. I had used him many years ago and was glad he was still available.

Had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They came out and serviced our old refrigerator a few weeks ago and solved the problem immediately. Unfortunately, another problem loosely tied to the same issue arose within a couple of weeks and they came out, took care of it, made modifications to try to prevent it from happening again, cleaned up afterwards, recommended new fridges in case this one goes soon (it's 17 years old) and waived the fee because their work is warranted (even though it app

Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.
