My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up. The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! Good place to do business if you are in need to borrow money or looking for bargains on previously owned items. Had to use their service when I was in between paydays. Staff was polite, professional and explain how the collateral loan process works. They basically loan you money on your valuables and charge you a minimal interest.
