Arrived late, cook had left but as we just left without food, the owner and his wife invited us back in and his chef wife made wonderful chicken Alfredo and done in seemingly minutes. The service was worth the trip alone and the delicious portions filled this 270 pound (123kg) hearty eater. The waiter, Ray, extremely nice and the owner introduced wife after we finished. We have visited many Italian reataurants throughout Ontario from Brockville to Niagara Falls, Oshawa to North Bay and Avanti's in Oshawa is number one. Not because we live here, because of the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness of this establishment. Their Fusilli in Bianco is our favorite. We have dined there many times before Oshawa Generals Hockey games and Shows at the newly renovated Regent Theatre. And we are so proud to mention Avanti's everywhere we go. The roomer around towm is that Sinatra's has the best veal sandwiches in durham.We decided to take the test? We ordered the chicken parmesan,steak and a veal sandwich.Boy O Boy are the rumors right !!!! It smelt like walking into your mothers kitchen for Sunday supper, the sandwiches were fantastic and we will definatley be returning.....Way to go SINATRA's!!!!! Lire plus
