Staff is super friendly and helpful although could know a little more about nutrition ... Other pet valu's i have gone too where able to give better advise on dietary suppliments/health care but still a great store

Great people & lots of selection that I haven't seen elsewhere in Winnipeg. Now all I have to do is find a consistent supply of flushable litter as I toilet train my 3 month old cat.

These guys know what they are talking about! I have bought fish from other cities and none of them compare. Knowledge and expertise on fish tanks are amazing. I told them what fish I had and any fish I have bought have lasted for years. Very Impressed!

I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Excellent service.
