My experience at Alderbrook Massage Therapy was excellent. Joanne is very professional, her clinic is relaxing with a spa like feel but don't be mistaken it is medically oriented. Joanne has found the perfect balance with the relaxing benefit of using hot stones, with deep therapeutic pressure. The result is a combination of pain relief and stress reduction. I go for regular phyio treatment by Dr. Ali, who in my experience is by far the best physiotherapist. He holds a PhD in physiotherapy, he is extremely knowledgeable and is very kind and pleasant. I also see Bahram for my massage treatment. He is RMT and has lots of experience in dealing with different kinds of pain. He is also very kind, caring and gives wonderful massage treatments. The clinic itself is very welcoming, all staff are always cheerful and helpful. Overall, an A+ wellness centre.

These physiotherapists are wonderful. After a car accident, I went to see them right away to relieve some pain and they sure did that. Its been almost 2 months and I feel so much better thanks to their physiotherapy. Be prepared to be in the office for 1.5-2 hours as these professionals use an array of treatments. I have never had such such client care with physiotherapy before and it is clear that this clinic has a very client-centered approach! Much appreciated!
