Always honest and very personable. Takes the time to explain the problem and checks around for the best pricing on parts therefore saving the customer money. Last repair I had done he found the part for $100 cheaper from one company compared to the other. Above and beyond the call of duty.

I was from out of town with transmission trouble. I found Kelly from yellow pages and was a little leary on out of town auto repair. I had my vehicle towed to his shop and had the issue repaired. Unfortunately more damage was done to my truck than I hoped for. If it wasnt for the fact that I live 300 kms away from shop I would have had Kelly do the work. He was honest and upfront on issues. I would highly recommend Kelly. Wish I lived closer cause he would have got the work.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

I loved taking my car in to Danny's garage, everyone working there was so friendly. I only lived a few blocks away but I still thought it was very nice that they offered to drop me off at my house a few times. AND when my muffler pipe was falling off but still attached he recommended me to take it to a muffler place instead because they would have had tools to repair(bend it back into place and weld it on) it instead of just replace it like he would have had to do.
