Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One. The monthly rate is very affordable and the idea of not having to worry about any additional costs if something were to happen was a great option for us.

Called for a repair/inspection as my evaporator coil was icing up, and asked to confirm that if low refrigerant was the problem that they could top up with R22. Technician phoned back and indicated they had no R22 in stock (no longer manufactured), and explained some other indicators of low refrigerant. Thoroughly explained options and I highly recommend them for their diligence and explanation of options.

Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump.
