Great value - Great Food - Great Service We went to Cravings for Valentine's and it was simply one of the best dinners we have had in Vancouver. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They had a great selection of 4 starters and a selection of 4 entrees. We had the " best of both worlds" - an awesome combo of seafood, chicken and steak. The tiger prawns were huge and grilled to perfection. The double bittersweet chocolate cake for dessert was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Great selection of wines - reasonable prices and a very quiet setting. Northern Vietnamese cuisine. I have tried their other location but happen to be in the area. We came here right at 11am opening so lots of tables to choose from. Only one hour street parking close or just drive two blocks in on the side streets and no time limit. We enjoyed the mango salad, pyramid rice dumpling filled with pork and mushrooms - nice smooth rice texture, deep fried crab meat rolls and ‎the traditional Vietnamese sandwich. The pasta at Old Spaghetti Factory is good to eat and you get decent value for the money. The pasta can tend to be ordinary from the perspective of the selections but they put together good food and they offer a fun atmosphere and decor that makes them a good family restaurant for when you are downtown with your family.
