It was a good experience purchasing my new 2019 GMC Sierra from Preston GM. The sales person Henry Mieszkalski was exceptional to deal with. My car wouldn’t start on December 30th in the evening. I called B & F and he said he could look at it the next day. December 31st. I had it towed there that night, he fixed it the following day for a reasonable price and I got my car back. I was so glad he could get it done before the holiday. Very appreciated.

This was my third and fourth time in having Bill fix my 2000 Cavalier. He came to my house and replaced my fuel pump and then later in the week, I needed to have a brake line replaced and Bill came to my place on Sunday to fix it. Yes, he works seven days a week!

I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

Dan was quick to respond, knowledgeable and has stock. His shop is humble but his customer service was excellent. I just picked up a new 28” deluxe SHO from his shop today. I feel I got a great unit at a great price and it was exactly what I wanted. Best yet is I didn’t have to wait weeks to order in a unit.
