I called 7 lumber yards to get a quote for a small project. Dunbar Lumbers price was 30% less then the next lowest one. Obviously I went with them. I did my order over the phone and e-mail and it was delivered to my door the next day. When it was discovered that an error had been made in my order they immediately accepted that, no hassle. The replacement pieces were delivered within an hour at no extra charge. Will I shop with them again? Duh. Probably won't even call around next time.

Great place to shop for your home needs whether it is lighting or others. We've bought an appliance there, years ago, but would not recommend their paint crew as they botched our paint codes 2x to frustrate us with mismatched paint. Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer.
