I loved living at 1825 Summerhill Place. The building was so beautifully maintained and the property management team were both friendly and professional. Vaulted ceilings and stainless steel appliances and as they say, location, location, location!

I just bought my very first Jeep Wrangler Sport!!! I am so happy with my Wrangler!
My salesman was Fawzi Yehya, he was very helpful and nice. I went in knowing I wanted a 2 door Wrangler, but needed help with designing it for me. Fawzi went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted with my new Jeep, he took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. After that was the financing, that took time too! Our stay was amazing. Very clean and well decorated apartments. With a cleaning service every day!! All the advantages of a hotel and the comfort of a home. Very well located, walking distance from the city center and Stanley Park. It was worth every penny.

The Cons:
If you are looking for modern, this is not it ( the building is 100 years old)
Younger Student Population ( not really great for retired or people seeking a really quiet building)
Limited parking (although permit/street parking is always available)

Land Lord is a Nice guy but has a habit of walking in apartments when no one is home. Sometimes he leaves a note letting you know he was there. Other times neighbors tell us. No one seems to complain about it officially, but everyone knows he does it. I don't think I have anything to worry, even though it is unnerving. If that doesn't bother you, this is a great place.
