I recently visited this clinic in search of better hearing protection while playing with my band. With 4 guitars, sax, harmonica, bass and drums it can get pretty loud. The trouble is everything I've tried is too muffled and they make it very difficult to sing. Dr Marynewich suggested dB Blockers musicians earplugs by Etymotic Research. They have different filters to suit your situation. They are SO comfortable and work great. She was very helpful and so was her office manager Maria. Recommended Lire plus

Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). Syed is a specialists with Tinnitus and hearing and has been a life saver for me. Everything he said to do and what the hearing aids would do, has been so true. Since I left the clinic yesterday I do not want to take the hearing aids off and the blue tooth is amazing. I forget that I am wearing hearing aids cause I am so busy hearing everything else. I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there.
