I was in Feb 21/18 and had the best service!! I walked in and was greeted by a friendly fellow who then showed me to what I was looking for. At check out, the cashier explained the new bring-in container program, which is a great idea! Both store staff that I dealt with were very friendly!! This is customer service at its best!

My wife and I were in the store last Saturday before thanksgiving. The lady working the store was by far the best at any customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and finally not pushy. If I lived there I would shop there all the time just for the comfort of being treated exceptional.

An amazing little store at the end of the road with a huge selection and great staff! The deli has a very nice selection of meat and cheese and many local made items. Love it!!

One of the best costumer service in this grocery store. I shop here more then 20 years, and my experience is outstanding. The staff is very helpful, friendly and often asking did I find everything what I was looking for. If I was looking for something what they didn't have on stock, they were eager to give me the information when will the item arrive to the store.I can always find the freshest vegetables and meat products and the prices are comparable with other stores.

I recently started shopping at Safeway on Bernard. I live on the west side I have dealt mainly with the bakery but today with the meat department where a young lady went out of her way to make me sausage patties was impressive

This has become our favorite place to eat out in Kelowna since moving here. The food is always awesome and the staff our always great and friendly. Would eat there everyday if I could-never sick of it!!!

I recently went in to purchase Candy and noticed all the excellent price drops. I used the self-check out as I only had 1 item and was really quick and staff was friendly even though I didn't go through a check out. The store was clean and buggies don't require a quarter anymore. I will recommend to come and check out Safeway if you get the chance. Great BBQ chickens or Chinese food and fresh in-store made fruit and salads in the produce department.

Great store has almost everything I need for grocery shopping, now it also has wine & ciders so handy. Produce is always fresh and the staff is so nice and helpful.

Followed these guys here from summerland. The pho is the best in the south okanagan.
The mother makes the most amazing broth, and I have been getting it for years now.
The atmosphere is not the greatest you will often hear arguments and its unpolished, but that is part of the charm.
