I am retired and moved here from a smaller city 9 months ago. The office staff assisted me in getting everything in order to rent my apartment over the phone. They were extremely helpful and patient with me because I had never rented before and had a slew of questions. When I arrived, the apartment was clean and ready to move into. I have nothing but comments to Rob and Wendy, I had received a call from Wendy about a maintenance issue I had. They were prompt, courteous and respectful. Rob completed the job of repairing my kitchen cupboard drawer, and readjusting my curtains and other repairs that I mentioned that had to be done. He was more than able to explain what the issue was. And he replaced it quickly. I WOULD LOVE to give them more stars but I can not.

This company does amazing work. They are very good at listening to concerns and finding fair solutions for every situation. Communication is very open. Service is very professional. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very up to date on Landlord Tenant laws and knows the answers to all my questions. Also do good work at renovations. Very good work. I am very pleased.

I am shocked and disappointed in many of the reviews posted for CS Management.
I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. If you own a condo and are responsible, abide by the by-laws, respectful of your community, and what a dependable property management company; call them!
