Had them here to inspect our fireplace. Very careful, courteous and very knowlegible. Took a piece off my fireplace to inspect and were very careful in their inspection and picked up on wood on the roof too close to the pipe and fixed it. Now feel great that my fireplace is safe!!!! Thanks!

I have been a Barrett Firewood customer for about 15 years. I was disappointed when they stopped providing 8' length and went to cut-and-split. Three years ago I accepted 6 cord of cut-and-split and found it measured a bit more than I usually got working seven cord at 8'. Wood has become very expensive, but Barrett is totally reliable, honest, and committed to customer satisfaction

We recently bought a new BBQ from them. They were both friendly and informative, and went out of their way to accommodate as early a delivery date as possible. Will definitely do business with them when it comes time to look at a chimney insert.

They do use an answering service and we waited about a day for a call back (Im guessing they were busy cleaning chimneys lol). They came over within a couple days and were extremely accommodating as both my wife and I were busy with work at the time. They went above and beyond and investigated an issue we were having with some smoke coming back into our house while starting fires and discovered that our air exchanger intake was causing pressure issues in home! Fixed! Hire these guys.
