Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. People have commented on what a huge difference her teeth are now compared to before. I would highly recommend Dr. Palleck and her team. Dr. Palleck is excellent with her patients. Most offices I feel like I am rushed in and out but here they really take the time to address everything. I felt as ease from the first appointment and it has been 10 years later since I have been in and nothing has changed. They got me right back on track. the girls treat me good.

My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. From the second Kari called us into the room she was amazing. Not only with the way she handled my daughter and the kindness and patience she showed her but also with how reassuring she was with me as well! She made this appointment that I was dreading for weeks turn out not half as bad as I expected. And I couldn’t be happier with our experience

Had a very enjoyable visit at Cosmo dental. Staff was kind and patient even with my gag reflex issue. Dr. Rodrigues was very knowledgeable and gave great advice and answered all of my questions. Love the new toothbrush. Thanks everyone.

Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure. It all went well and was almost painless. My fears were calmed and Sam had to tell me the tooth was gone. Great job.

They are so wonderful when welcoming my family and taking such amazing care me! They call and check in when any kind of procedure is done. The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. During the 1st visit, Dr.Tucakov noticed a suspicious spot on my tongue & immediately sent me to Sunnybook to an oral pathologist. In one weeks time, I was diagnosed with a very aggressive, life threatening type of Cancer. It had already progressed to Stage 3. If it werent for Dr.Tucakovs immediate action, the cancer would have surely spread and I wouldnt be alive. Thank YOU!

I HATE DENTISTS. The procedure took longer than they had expected and were very apologetic. When the doctor called on Saturday to follow up, my comment was I did not think the procedure took that long.... because apparently I FELL ASLEEP.

The business is friendly doing excellent job having my 2nd dentures done there. She is doing a perfect job. My denture need renewed because I have them for 9 years and it is wear and tear over the years, they are not real teeth, but very strong. I recommend for anybody who need work done even at partials. Very good .recommend the Denture clinic anytime, also the price is right. And a clean friendly office.
