Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

Visiting King Edward Dental is always a highlight. From the moment I step through the door, the warmth and courtesy of the staff make it feel less like a clinical visit and more like a reunion with old friends.
Waiting times? Practically non-existent. I barely have time to admire the decor before I'm whisked away to the chair, punctuality that would make a Swiss train conductor envious.
The facility? It's like stepping into the future, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Highly recommend

Like many others I have gone to several dentists as I had some trauma as a kid and not fan of the dentist. I must say Dr. Ali is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else. His team always went out of their way to make us comfortable and relaxed. After her treatment, she was so happy that Dr.W made her smile beautiful “ I can show everyone my beautiful teeth now mommy” and she also indicated that she was not scared of the dentist anymore. Most offices I feel like I am rushed in and out but here they really take the time to address everything. I felt as ease from the first appointment and it has been 10 years later since I have been in and nothing has changed. They got me right back on track. the girls treat me good.

I HATE DENTISTS. The procedure took longer than they had expected and were very apologetic. When the doctor called on Saturday to follow up, my comment was I did not think the procedure took that long.... because apparently I FELL ASLEEP.
Heading back for a follow up next week, and my blood pressure has not even started to rise....FIVE STARS in my book. Cheers

Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.
