Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money. Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with.
