This review is specifically for the employee blamed Atticus, not Bell as a service. I'm visiting from the US and needed to purchase a SIM card with data. I've never seen anyone go above and beyond to help a customer as Atticus did. Thanks for all the help! I would definitely consider buying a phone from this store if Atticus is still there next time I'm in the area.

Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money.
