We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

I was scared after reading these comments, scared of walking into
Attitude-o-Rama. Needlessly! The owner is lovely and exceedingly gracious, the staff friendly and charming. Great selection of cool shoes, good price points, and an all-around fun, lively shop! Advice to the vexed: stop being passive aggressive trolls, and just talk to any of these charming people, especially if you feel left out/overlooked. This is a person's business, and from what I saw today, she is passionate about it, and her very fine staff.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I love a good neighbourhood store. This shop has a huge selection of just about anything you could want. We have bought scores of shoes, winter boots and most recently I picked up a gorgeous pair of moccassins for my daughter - the kind of surprise where we buy them together and put them away for Christmas! This is the type os store that really does care about your business and wants to please. I would highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this store for more years than I care to admit to (suffice to say they used to be located around the corner on Alcorn Ave). Recently my daughter broke her ankle and when the time came for a pair of sandals flip flops were definitely not an option, so I brought her here for her first pair. I knew she would be fit properly and sure enough I was not dissappointed. They had her try on several pairs to ensure a proper fit that would also allow for her to wear a brace for a few weeks. No one else would have had the knowledge or expertise. These guys know what they are doing and ensure your investment will last you a lifetime. I even found out my old blue suede birkenstocks can be re-soled or repaired depending on what I need. Most stores just want to sell you a pair of sandals. This store wants to make you a customer for life. Well worth the visit.

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.

Excellent location with a lot of parking spots. Great selection of shoes. Since their opening, I have purchased 2 pairs of summer shoes, 2 pairs of autumn/spring shoes, and 1 pair of worm winter boots. ALL of them perfectly fit. Today, I wanted to add to the first review I wrote but was unable to because I already submitted that first one and I guess only one is allowed per person (so I'm using a different email login to get in).
I had emailed to Naot and I found out from the customer rep that the older clerk's comment that my sister heard (about being sure we didn't switch the shoes) was a misunderstanding. Apparently, she believes the clerk was worried that we would have the wrong shoes in the boxes and buy the wrong ones by accident.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt. And since I liked the shoes, I may go again to buy in the future.
