Company cannot commit to any appointments. I opened my schedule 4 times, and they never showed, called to cancel or apologize. They over book, and when I called back they say they are doing the best they can, and then promise they will be there....but then never show up again. It's a lack of respect for the client. We were both very kind, but at the end of the day, it's just frustrating.
