I called in at about 11:30pm to make some enquiries and this was how it went. Me: I want to make enquiries about a prescribed sleeping machine. Assistant: Did your doctor ask you to call around this time? Me: I’m trying to make enquiries, before coming to the office. Assistant: It’s almost 12:00am, why would you call around this time? Me: Why did you pickup the call then? Assistant: Your doctor never asked you to call us around this time. Then she hanged up on me

dont come to this clinic very unprofessional staff. they made me wait until 11pm to attached those things considering that i am already sleepy as early as 930pm. there are more better clinic than this one.

Very rude doctor. Very slow and do not listen your problem. Just forward you CPAP machine and report to any where. WHY?!

They are very slow. You may need to wait for the results more than 3 months.I never recommend them. Now I am almost 4 months have been waiting after my first sleep study to get a machine. Slow Slow Slow.
